Video Processor Guide

Understanding when and why you need a dedicated video processor for your LED video wall.
While an LED controller sends data to the screen, a Video Processor is responsible for manipulating the incoming video signals before they reach the controller.
You need a video processor if you are dealing with multiple input sources (e.g., switching between a PC, a live camera, and an Apple TV), or if the resolution of your content does not perfectly match the physical resolution of your LED wall.
A high-quality processor provides seamless, fade-to-black switching between sources, custom picture-in-picture (PiP) layouts, and advanced image scaling that prevents pixelation.
**Yotta Pixel Recommendation:** If your display is used in a live event or corporate auditorium setting where sources change frequently, a dedicated hardware video processor is absolutely mandatory.
