LED Display Installation Guide

Best practices for safely and securely mounting large-scale LED video walls in any environment.
Installing an LED wall is essentially a structural engineering project. The combined weight of die-cast aluminum cabinets can easily exceed several tons for a large display.
Before any hardware arrives on site, a load-bearing assessment of the mounting surface must be completed. For drywall or false walls, a custom sub-frame anchored to the structural concrete is mandatory.
**Yotta Pixel Recommendation:** Always ensure your installation allows for adequate cooling and maintenance access. If you are mounting flush to a wall, you must specify 'Front Serviceable' modules.
Power distribution is another critical factor. LED walls require significant amperage. Distribute the load across multiple breakers and always install high-quality surge protection, especially in regions prone to lightning strikes.
